Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
The service
VITI Voice, a product of VITI Security, provides managed cloud hosting for the open-source viciDial contact center suite. Specific service levels, pricing, and scope are set out in the individual service agreement or order form between you and VITI Security; this page governs general use of the website and service.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful calling activity. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your calls, including telemarketing, consent, call-recording, and data-protection rules in the regions you dial. We may suspend service where we reasonably believe the platform is being used for unlawful robocalling, fraud, or abuse.
Your responsibilities
You control your campaigns, lead lists, and agents, and you are responsible for the legality of the data you upload and the calls you place. We provide configuration guidance (for example, TCPA-aware settings), but compliance decisions remain yours.
Software attribution
viciDial is open-source software developed by the viciDial project and licensed under its own license terms. VITI Voice is not affiliated with or endorsed by the viciDial project. Your use of viciDial is subject to that project's license.
Liability
The website is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, VITI Security is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or service. Liability under a service agreement is governed by that agreement.
